Got in a good and easy 2500 recovery swim this morning. Mostly did kicking and some breaststroke drill work. After lunch got in some weight training, worked on hang snatch, clean/squat for strength. For metcon we did a combo of kettlebell snatch, double unders, backsquat and weighted sit-ups. The first three rounds were good till the last two really got me. Just gotta work on the mental and pain threshold.
