This morning I was pretty tired but went to gtx and got in some bench press, HSPU, rows and a light tabata workout. Later in the afternoon went for a swim and was not feeling that great. Just low on energy and I had to call quits after an hour and half of swimming. Today was kind of a slow and sluggish day. Guess I am not getting enough sleep lately and just really busy during the day. I'll get to sleep in a bit tomorrow morning so hopefully I'll feel much better for my first mini swim meet since 2012 Olympic trials!
