Went to Invictus to do a Crossfit workout and it sure was fun and challenging! The workout was 3 rounds of 1 min of each station, there was 5 stations, plus 1 min of rest after each round. It included wall ball, cleans, box jumps, push press and burpees. After the first round I started to slow down then the last round I just died :P but it was fun and worth the visit! A very cool gym. 
After lunch we went to Coronado Beach and did a mini WOD with my partner. It was fun and got to cool off afterwards in the ocean! Today was a good day!
