In the AM, the weather was kind of gloomy, so I wasn't able to finished my swim. Not a good thing but I will make up the difference for tomorrow swim. Then I topped it off with a recovery weights, which worked on hang snatch and clean/squat. A pretty slow day but got some things done. I am pretty sore from yesterday but hopefully tomorrow i'll feel better!

If you all are wondering why I do Olympic lifts. That's because I believe strength, speed and power, also recruit fast twitch muscles in lifting. Then I will use use that strength, speed and power to apply that in the water. In the long term I know it will make a difference. Just have to be patient.
