It sure was good to sleep in! After work, ran with my partner. It was a pretty intense run but I made it through alive. Did a total of 6 miles, that includes warm up, main set and some cooling down. Then about an hour and half later went for a swim with Ford. The set wasn't too terribly bad but a ton of kicking! I have to say I did pretty good today. I'm feeling good and looking forward to another training tomorrow!
