This morning went for a swim at the Oro Valley pool and worked on breaststroke drills and some kicking. Overall I feel better than last week. Making some improvements and not so out of breath. My goal by the end of September is to get back in full gear and be almost where I used to be in practice. Just staying on the positive side! In the afternoon I did a recovery lift, focused on arm strength and then a light metcon workout afterwards. Felt good but my hands are not happy... oh well. However I'm already looking forward to tomorrow swim!
