This morning went to GTX and it was a recovery workout. Light weight, just working on being explosive and good form. Then did some light prowler work to work on cardio. This afternoon went to swim with Ford and what a workout. Swam just over 5000 yards. I made all the intervals, except kicking portion. I don't have the speed or endurance yet, but I will get there soon enough. Just gotta be patient and make sure to make each practice count!
