Boy sure was hard getting up 4am this morning but I managed to get myself up knowing that I have to swim because I want to get better. Have my usual breakfast in the morning before I head go practice. I think I ate a bit too much. Learned my lesson :P Anyways at the pool I was feeling more up and looking at the pool. The pool looks cold but I know ill get warmed up afterwards. The workout wasn't too terribly bad. We did a long 2400 yard warm up the. Did some "fun stuff" afterwards which was run and dive work, im pulling set and other sorts too. It was a good mental recovery from all the hard training this week. I felt good afterwards and ended with a good week. I went to do some yoga in downtown. First time I've been to that place. Really nice and small but thankfully it wasn't as crowded like the one I went last time. Some of the poses I was able to do and get a good stretch but other poses were too advanced for me but I tried! Thats what counts....Anyways I had a good day and I look forward to a recovery day tomorrow! Easy scenic Trail run and mountain biking with friends.
