Did some bench press, HSPU, rows and GHDs this morning and felt pretty good. I decided not to do any metcon today to let my shoulders a rest especially for the swim. Later in the afternoon we did a Vo2 max training, consist of 75s and 50s. I swim pretty good and holding a contistant time with the breaststroke. My form is not there yet but I am working on it.
