Had a good morning swim practice. It was hard and there's was a quite a bit if im but I did alright. The intervals are getting faster but I managed to make it through and not have to take breaks. I sure was tired afterwards but I was able to take a nap afterwards! Then went to GTX in the afternoon, worked on power jerk, push press and weighted pull ups. I didn't have much time do do the whole metcon so I just did muscle up work. Felt good and already looking forward to a new day tomorrow!
