After lunch went for a run with my partner. We ran on the treadmill doing some mixture of long runs with short walking breaks in between. Then an hour and half later I went to swim with Ford. I felt great at the for the most part of the workout. Doing up to 100s type of swimming but then the last half hour we got into some long endurance 400s. Man after the two rounds I just literally didn't have the power to keep going strong. I was just doing what I could do and just trying to make the intervals. I did majority of the set and glad to be done for the day. Now I am ready to get some sleep and prepare for some AM practice!
