This week is deload week in the weight room. Doing 50% of the weight load. Pretty light but just maintaining good form and just keeping my muscles active but also able to recover from the last three weeks of intense training. It was good to have an easy morning. This afternoon I was looking forward to swim and I did swim well today. I was able to push myself harder and maintain speed. Today was an IM sets and swam about 5800 yards. More than enough I needed to get in for the day and it was a good day for me. Just hope that tomorrow will be another good day!
