Early swim this morning... Worked on some mid distance and speed work. I felt great again but just tired from getting up early :P I got out a bit early since I knew I got enough yardage. This afternoon was against recovery workout. Real light and easy Olympic lift movements and did a short 3 minute metcon which made my lungs burn like hell. But it felt good afterwards which that counts the most. Right after GTX I went to yoga class and really enjoyed the class. Got in a good stretch and I can tell I am getting a bit flexible every time I go to the class. Overall I had a good day and a little tired but it's all worth the training that I am getting in!
My training group and I am fortunate to work with them all!
