Today went to the USA Swimming convention here in California. It was good to see my old coach, Frank Busch doing well! Will be doing some brief lectures tonight to promote the deaf international short course meters meet in January. Busy day for me. No training today... Hopefully tomorrow morning I'll hit the gym!
