For the last couple of days have been rough for me. I wasn't feeling at my best. My performance was sluggish in the water and some in the weight room. Wasn't able to eat like normal. Upset stomach and felt tired... However day my stomach was feeling bit better and was able to eat more variety of food. Hopefully by this weekend I'll be recharged and ready for a new week next week.

Overall my training has been a struggle however I was able to get some training in. Important to keep your body moving even though you're not performing at your best. It is mentally challenging and feel like you don't wanna train but feels good to be able to get some training in than nothing at all.

Tomorrow is a new day and that's all it matters! HFS.
