Today this morning I had to get up not too terribly early to coach masters at 6 am then I had to cover some extra shift at lifeguarding afterwards. It was fine, just a really long day and a little tired. Then later in the afternoon after a mini break, went for a swim. It was a good heart rate, semi speed workout. It was good and focusing on good technique and DPS, distance per stroke, without loosing speed and holding much water as possible. It was a good workout and glad that the day is over and time to start all over again tomorrow :P time for some sleep... early AM practice!
