Tonight we did some sprint sets. At first started off with a warm up set and I was feeling alright then suddenly I felt mentally tired out of the blue and got hungry. I try to snap out of it and drink plenty of fluids between the sets. Finally after 3 grand warm up and a first round of the main set I was able to focus and kick into gear. The last two rounds I was able to give my fullest. So it ended with a good workout.
