The lift this morning was alright. Just sore and a bit tired from yesterday training. Didn't do any metcon today. Decided to take an easy since I know I have to swim in the afternoon... Glad I did take an easy because it was a sprint set and I did okay overall but I know I could have done better... Today was just alright but made in all my workout also I found out that there is no morning swim practice! I get to sleep in! Well I'll try to sleep in as much as I can :P hope you all have a good weekend! Good night.
