Yesterday morning had a good recovery swim, which I really needed the most! I was glad it was light and we hit the racks for some strength pulling in the water afterwards. It was a good morning and thankfully it wasn't as chilly like on Monday morning. Went to work during the day and wasn't too bad. Just wish could use that time to take a nap! Later that afternoon I hit the gym and did some Olympic lifts and a short, heavy weight metcon workout. I felt great just got spent afterwards. I had a good day and now currently lifting this morning... So tell you more how my day goes!
